Pedigree

Faraad is a truly rare and wonderful stallion.  He is 28.1% *Turfa and boy does it show in his floating trot!  He is both sweet and affectionate, easy to handle in any circumstances, and under saddle.  Faraad is the foundation of The Weyr Babson/Turfa breeding program and already has four B/T mares in foal for 2012.  We are eagerly awaiting his first foal crop and will be retaining all his get to increase our breeding herd of these rare and incredible horses.

NAHR Serr Faraad is available to approved outside mares by Private Treaty.  Currently live cover is available but shipped fresh semen will be our next step.  At this time, he will only be breeding to B/T or SBE mares as our primary goal at this time is to increase the numbers of B/T offspring. 

We are eager to acquire more B/T and SBE mares for this program and welcome inquiries.  Please contact us if you have a breeding age mare you are willing to sell or lease on an every-other-foal contract.
